RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our merchandise purchased the items from www.tribe-official.com can be returned to www.tribe-official.com within 7 calendar days of receipt (within Thailand) and 30 calendar days of receipt (For International deliveries).
** SALE items are not allowed to Refund. Only size exchange is acceptable.

Condition of return and exchange item.
- 1. Items must be returned in their original condition :
- 1.1 Unworn
- 1.2 Unwashed
- 1.3 Unaltered
- 2. Items must be returned with the original shoe box, dust bag, tags, free of damage and postal labels.
Case 1 : Refund Conditions
- - Items must be returned in following “Condition of return and exchange item.”
- - After our team approval. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your refund request.
- - Refunds will be issued to your original methods as following :
- 1. Purchased by credit card : refunds will be issued to merchandise credit. (Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.)
- 2. Purchased by bank transfer : please provide us your full information with :

Case 2 : Exchange Conditions

- Only size exchanges are available. If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative style or color, we recommend you to return the item for a full refund and purchase the desired item separately.

How to return the item (Step-by-Step)
- Step 1 : Read “Condition of return and exchange item.” very carefully.
- Step 2 : Fill in a RETURN FORM with your full information and details of your request.
- Step 3 : Print out a completed RETURN FORM.
- Step 4 : RAdd a completed RETURN FORM PAPER and return item(s) in the delivery box. (We suggest you to use original package and put in delivery box.)
- Step 5 : Pack and seal the package securely with tape.
Step 6 : Send your return via DHL, UPS, official local post office or insured carrier service.
- *Please note that your shipment must be sent prepaid.
- **C.O.D. deliveries are not acceptable.
- ***We are not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

- Step 8 : Retain the receipt for your return item(s) records until it is confirmed that we received your package.
- Step 9 : Wait for an email for receipt confirmation and processing of your refund or exchange request.
*** Processing time for returns is usually 7-10 business days from the time the return package is received.
